To ensure a continued supply of top quality products for our customers, we produce them
ourselves, and locally: at two modern plants in Dornstetten and in Switzerland – that's where
our sister-company Fimex AG operates – ensuring that way that the latest measuring technology
is found where it says Nedo. We produce, for example:

We already use the very latest systems when
devising the products. Thanks to the newest
CAD software and close cooperation between
our development and toolmaking people, we're
able not only to react quickly to demands from
the market, but also to design customer-specific
products like surveying accessories, measuring
tools, lasers, laser accessories and tripods, that
can already do today what our customers will want
tomorrow.
Trust is good, quality management is better.
Resting on one's laurels is not an option, and
since we supplied outstanding products not
only in the past, but also intend to keep doing
so in the future, we introduced a quality manage-
ment system early on, and also had it certified
in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. In this way,
modern production technologies, superbly
trained employees and continual further training
form the cornerstone for our successful business
and for consistently high quality standards. We
also thought ahead with the AEO Certificate, and
since July 2011 we have been an "Authorized
Economic Operator". What do our customers
get from that? The tests cover dependability,
solvency, previous compliance with legal re-
gulations and conformance to safety standards –
and after a positive confirmation that led to us
being able to complete customs clearance more
quickly and simply, and to supply our customers
outside Germany more speedily.
Nature? Naturally!
We can design, build and improve many
things – but we can't recreate nature. That's
why it goes without saying here at Nedo
that we use solvent-free powder coatings
and screen-printing inks, and heat our
buildings predominantly with regenerative
energy.
